The focus of the Independent ACN Representatives of the TAG NZ Leadership Development Team is Leadership Development. The TAG NZ Leadership Development Team is the premier leadership development team in New Zealand. With in excess of 35yrs of both local and international industry leadership experience at the head - all you need to bring to the table is a coachable attititude, a willingness to go to work, and the courage to not quit until you have reached the objective you became involved to reach.
On this team, we are very serious about finding, and developing 'layers upon layers' of strong Leadership. We have a simple and proven strategy/system in place to achieve this outcome. Finding and Developing Leaders is what we do, and is the primary focus of our TAG NZ Leadership Core, and Warrior Club Members!
We also believe that with true leadership comes responsibility. Our main criteria for our leadership team is their willingness to become coachable, a team player, and to lead by example with integrity. We celebrate all levels of achievement within TAG NZ! However, we do not believe that achieving a certain Pin Level necessarily or automatically makes a leader (or a profitable business) - we see each level as but a powerful 'stepping stone' toward a greater opportunity to contribute to the larger vision of the individual, their team, TAG NZ - and, indeed, the long-term vision of the ACN Co-Founders.
