Born in New Zealand, Sir Josh began his working life as a signwriting apprentice before quickly moving into his passion of Professional Golf becoming a member of the NZPGA for the following 12 years. He found, however, he had most enjoyed and was most successful in Sales and Marketing where he was in a number of industries and headed a number of companies over a 30 year time-span.

Concurrently, for 25 years he also was in Network Marketing where he was a very successful entrepreneur in two network marketing companies, developing large downlines and significant customer bases. All during these times, Sir Josh developed and was the CEO of a company that customised corporate sales training systems. He is also a published author, having written and published "Australia's Premier Golf Courses".

He initially saw the ACN opportunity presented by his current Coach and Mentor ACN Senior Vice President Brian Sax in Melbourne September 2004; and after hearing that ACN had a planned expansion into his home country after Australia, became extremely excited at the potential. He travelled to the U.S. to meet the ACN Co-Founders and attended two International Training Events in Anaheim and Dallas. He states - "It was this meeting with the Co-Founders that cemented my commitment to ACN! It was what I had been looking for for 25yrs!"

Sir Josh returned to Australia and qualified as an Australian ACN Executive Team Trainer in his first 30 days. With a focus on leadership preparation for ACNs entry into NZ he moved back to NZ in January 2006. May 19th - (2 days after NZ opened for Customer Acquisition), Sir Josh qualified as a Team Coordinator! His primary focus has been, and continues to be, in assisting his Mentor and Coach Mr Brian Sax in developing a strong local NZ leadership team in preparation for ACN's planned Asian expansion sometime in the near future. His personal goals included qualifying as an RVP by 8pm October 15th 2006, (he qualified as RVP at 7:30am on OCT 1st 2006!). The realisation of his SVP goal is 8pm on June 30 2009 - but "more importantly", he states, "What excites me more than going SVP is knowing that those leaders with vision, and who do the work, will be coming with us as we expand into country after country with this opportunity!!! Imagine getting paid on hundreds of thousands of customers in countries we can't even pronounce!!!! It's coming!! And that's exciting!!!"
